Many people fall into this category and fail miserably. They are putting forth sufficient effort, but they are still lacking in direction.
Health and Fitness are a foundational category, and you’ll see why today as you lay the groundwork. A victory in this category results in a victory in all categories.
Workout:
- When it comes to your health and fitness, how do you actually look and feel? Describe as thoroughly as possible.
- Now, write about how you want to feel and look in the future. What is the perfect weight for you? What do you want to look like? What sorts of physical activities do you think you’ll do? What is it that you want to do in this field of your life?
