Today, we’ll delve even further into our feelings. What causes us to be happy or sad?
The response to this question is clear. You must be conscious of your feelings in order to react and behave appropriately.
Your emotional life is the yardstick by which you evaluate your growth as a human being.
I’m going to give you an exercise in this lesson that will absolutely blow your mind. This is a game-changer workout.
